Heavy Music Awards Nominees Announced

Updated: Jan 13

The nominees for the very first Heavy Music Awards were announced today!

The HMA’s are a new independent awards show, taking place 24th August 2017 at the House of Vans. The nominees were drawn up from independent producers, record label representatives, and others who are fully involved in the music industry, coming up with many names and artists eligible for the award, and managing to narrow it down into the 7 nominees for each category. Taking a look at the nominees, as well as the different sponsors for the event, including EMP, Scuzz, and Safe Gigs For Women, this looks to be a night not easily forgotten!

List of nominees are below, with the great thing being that YOU get to vote for who you want to win each category and, if you’re 18 or older, voting will enter you in a draw for a pair of tickets to the event! Vote here: https://vote.heavymusicawards.com/
