Louder News: Green Day, Fall Out Boy & Weezer Release New Songs and Announce World Tour

Green Day! Fall Out Boy! Weezer! A world tour!


Phew, let us catch our breaths! Yes, you read that correctly: Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer are embarking on a staggering world tour next summer, with dates announced thus far for the UK, Asia, North America and Europe, with more on the way! Revealing the news in a widely hyped joint-premiere, each of the bands' YouTube channels featured a countdown clock, the end of which was accompanied by a hilariously edited clip from the 'Anchorman' franchise, with each of the bands' faces super-imposed onto the characters. A brawl ensues between the three, before the video cuts to the list of show dates and the tour's title; the Hella Mega World Tour. Well, top points for nomenclature lads!

As if all that excitement wasn't enough to get our adrenaline pumping, all three bands have released new tracks along with the announcement!


Green Day's new release is the title, and indeed opening, track from their upcoming album, 'Father of all Motherfuckers', due for release on February 7th next year!

Fall Out Boy are also getting in on the action, releasing their new single 'Dear Future Self', alongside announcing their long-awaited second Greatest Hits album 'Believers Never Die- Volume 2', to feature a selection of their biggest tracks from their latter years as a band, which is due for release on November 15th.

And last but not least, Weezer have also dropped a new track, 'The End of the Game', with a video AND announced their next album, 'Van Weezer', due for release on the 15th of May!
